God Ain't Through With Me

Sometimes I do well,
And other times I dont.
Sometimes I do things I know is wrong,
Sometimes I sing the words to those horrible songs.
I may curse from time to time,
and sometimes I may tell a lil white lie,
but all the while, I know God is still trying.
He's trying to help me find my way,
He's trying to help my life stay on track and stop its sudden sway.
I don't know about you,
but God is helping me correct the wrong I do.
God aint throught with me.

Okay, so I failed one test,
and maybe my attitude needs to change.
But guess what, "Perfect" isnt my name.
I don't try to act like im better than everyone else.
I try to live right because
I know Im God's child and
God aint through with me.

He is not like man,
he never turns his back.
He is not like a TV show,
when he died for us, it wasnt just an act.
Though sometimes I forget to pray or read my bible daily.
When I repent and ask for forgiveness,
I know he hears me.
God aint through with me.

He is still molding my mind,
cleaning my tongue,
transforming my heart
and correcting my past.
So when I fall short or make a mistake,
dont point at me and laugh.
I know I will amount to all that I was called to be,
But while he is working on it,
Please dont judge me...
Cuz God aint through with me.

My B-F-F!!

Many people come and go,
Many people still dont know.
How good it is to have a friend,
who you know will be here til the end.
She is something like a sister i never had,
Something like a diary to hold all my secrets;
The good and the bad.
These words cant explain how much we been thru,
&& many times she gets me mad but regardlless
at the endin of the day she always says
"I got you"

What could i say bout friends? A lot... I been there for a few who wasnt there for me but I have one that will always be true... My lil sis and my right hand man, my number one... The one who never seems to let the complaining stop (lol)... I swear she is never done! She stresses me out from time to time bout how she likes the same boy that i wanted to be mine, lol. We got similar taste and it becomes scary but at the end of the day she is always there and i have no worries. "Sisters before Misters" is the rule we live by and thats why we cant help but to soo tight. No matter what happens, i will always have her back, even if its over something i dont agree on and i think its whack, lol.
She is my tear blocker & my mental healer.. goin thru pain isnt bad at all cuz i have her to rely on. When she goin thru the pain and hurt, i make time for her & tho she never listens to my advice, eventually it gets thru to her. Courage, Cool, Classy is the way i define her.. Yep thats right, Im talkin bout my Ashley. She is truly a blessing from God himself cuz true friends are hard to find but i got mine!! Love ya lil sis.

God comes first and for-most in my life.
